Air conditioning in the living area keeps the place cool and comfortable. All windows are fitted with insect nets and there are wrought iron security wreckers on all windows and entrances to let those sea breezes in at night.
There's a lovely communal pool and garden both of which are professionally cleaned and beautifully maintained. There's a pool-side shower and sun loungers on the terrace with lovely sea views (great for sun-downers!).
Includes: Pool and garden maintenance, clean bed linen and towels (professionally laundered by the lovely Julie), electric and utilities. All I ask is a small 'Exit Clean fee' for Julie's time in keeping the place immaculate.
